I had a little time to scrapbook last weekend, my mum and I are putting together a family album of pictures from her childhood and I’m loving working with these old photos.
The first page uses a sketch from Pagemaps for an Imaginisce sketch contest. (my mum’s the little one in the middle!)

After starting to scrapbook about fifteen years ago, I've had a long period when my crafting has focused on card making and inky, stamping messiness, leaving the scrapbook papers gathering in a corner, so I really am still finding my feet and style again. I have tons of paper, much of which is now very dated so I can see a session with the inks and paints happening soon!
I’ve used a combination of new and old stash on these pages – the copyright date on the striped paper was 2004 ! I’m happier with the first page than the second, but it’s a learning process and I’m having fun !
