I wanted to use Distress inks as I love the colours but had used fairly cheap card (running out of the good stuff) which doesn't take D.I.s very well but is sturdy enough for this kind of project. So I brayered the ink on which gave a good coverage and I was able to get some two tone effects. I then used my Hero Arts Cling Polka Dots stamp on most of them - the other stamps used are from Artistic Stamper, Hero Arts, Penny Black and a couple of random clear stamps I've lost the details for.
I had a couple of boys to make for and also one girl who doesn't really do girly and these turned out to be my favourates.
So obviously I'm entering Gingersnaps Creations Random Redhead Challenge - Teabag template but also Allsorts - Male/Boy and The Stampman - Distress
Well I'm off to sleep now - another busy week ahead, but am please with my creative achievements this weekend, have had a happy crafty time - hope you have too..Thanks for looking..Esther xx
