The other day I took delivery of a starter set of Brushos and have been having an enjoyable, if messy time playing ! I still need to do some more experimenting but I made this card today for the IndigoBlu 'Just one layer' challenge.
After stamping on watercolour card I painted the flowers and also sprinkled some Brusho around the edges of the image. Once this was dry I applied Micro Glaze to the painted area before spritzing the whole card with a very pale spray made from a tiny amount of Emerald Green Brusho. While this was still wet I added some additional sprinkled of Brusho in Emerald Green, Leaf Green and Brilliant red. Once all this was dry I stamped and embossed the sentiment and added background stamping before finally swiping round the edges with Barn Door distress ink.
I love the effect of the Brushos that contain multiple colours, think I'm going to be spending a lot more time playing - which also means more time with green/blue/purple/red fingers !!As well as the IndigoBlu challenge I'm sharing this here -
