I used the first April sketch from Stuck ?! Sketches.
I've been watching some old 'Glitter Girl' videos (Shimelle Laine) and was inspired by No 14 (April 2012) which was all about using just papers and not pre-made embellishments. I do this a lot as I have a limited budget and finds it's cheaper than buying pre-made stuff.
I die cut the heart, flowers, letters and Butterflies and I used minimal shop bought things - a few enamel stickers, some doily scraps, a chip board house, key die cut and a badge.
I then made a second page using the sketch from The Studio challenges.
I used papers from the same collection as the first page - Amy Tangerine , Rise and Shine.
I kept to the same die cuts and enamel stickers.
These are quite different pages from my usual style which tends towards vintagey and mixed media, I can't believe I've made a double layout without any stamping - I have inked the edges of some of the paper pieces though! Thanks for stopping by...Happy Crafting...Esther xx
