Into the New Year with Craft-Room

Happy new year all - can't believe it's been a month since I last posted, phew it got a bit mad there for a while at the end of last year !! We're back over at Craft Room with a photo inspiration challenge - a fabulous collage from one of our regular facebook group contributors Christine Cesar.

Use any aspects to inspire your own creation.
As it is the New Year I took the theme of time to create a January Calender Journal page.
The background is a Gelli Plate print to which I've added stamped images from Stampers Anonymous and Artistic Stamper, adding to the Time theme with some Steam Punk too.
I've also taken the metal elements from Christine collage and added silver embossing and die cut the letters/numbers from silver card.

Here is the second page ! I started a calender journal last year and got all the way as far as February !!  So I'm going to try again - maybe I'll make it to March !

For this challenge we are joined by Ali Craft who are giving one winner drawn at Random £10 to spend at their on line shop.
So, please join us on our first challenge of 2014. I look forward to visiting to see how Christine's collage inspires you !
