Craft-Room - stamping backgrounds

This fortnight at Craft-Room we are using a theme suggested  by our former team mate Nikki as it is such a great one.   We want you to create your own background or backing paper with rubber stamps.
We have a great sponsor with us this fortnight, The Stamp Man who will give the lucky winner of the random draw £10 to spend at their online shop.  For this challenge the whole team will vote to select the top 3.

I love making my own backgrounds but my mojo has been on a  bit of a holiday lately and it’s ages since I got out my inks and stamps. So I turned to a issue of Craft Stamper for inspiration and  this is the result - SD534126
I used Versamark to create a stamped resist, coloured with distress inks and stamped more images over the top with Di. The card is for a colleague at work who is leaving, and who likes trees ! The stamps are by Hero Arts, Tim Holtz, stamp addicts and Crafty Individuals.

There are no end of possibilities for this challenge and I can’t wait to see what you all create.  Remember you have the opportunity to join us as Guest Designer  - just add the letters GDT after your name as entering our challenge. Happy Stamping – Esther xx
