I recently treated myself to some new stamps from Waltzing Mouse Stamps but hadn’t had a chance to use them so I settled down this afternoon to have a play. I love the classic elegance of these images which I think work perfectly for CAS cards.
The first one is created using the sketch over at WaltzingMouse sketch challenge.
I’ve stamped the cameos and a frame stamp all from WM and heat embossed in either black or white, layered them up on Nestie die cuts and plopped them on some script patterned paper, adding a little ribbon with some gems across the top.
I made another card using just one of the cameo images. I cut the oval nestie on co-ordinations white wash card stock and lightly sanded the embossed areas before layering with an oval of black card the stamped cameo image which I've edged with a touch of Victorian velvet distress ink.
Some little flourish stamps, a message and a bit of bling and we’re done. I’m sharing this here -
I hope you’ve all had a relaxing, enjoyable weekend, thanks for visiting...Esther xx
