Green is not normally a colour I use on it’s own – I love it combined with other colours, particularly purple but I wanted to enter the Gingersnaps Colour challenge and Sir Stampalot monochrome so going it alone with green it had to be. It’s ages since I made a tag so, inspired by The Craft barn Colour Wheel tag challenge (think I've used neighbouring colours) this is what I created -
I’ve used distress stains and inks in shades of green and added some die cut flourishes. I glued a piece of Lost and Found Tim Holtz paper behind the fragment and across the bottom and stamped with Olive Stazon on the fragment and shrink plastic clock. I painted rock candy distress paint over the Lost and Found clock faces then once dry rubbed over with peeled paint distress ink, some pretty fibres to finish and I was done. After a particularly difficult week of being poorly then mad busy at work I really enjoyed just getting inky and creative, I’m sharing this here -
