Blog Hopping

Happy New Year everyone - hope you are all recovering from a night of fun and frolicking! I have spent some time today hopping about blog land with The Stamp Man design team. The first challenge for 2011 is to show off our favourate project from 2010. This was quite tricky for me - I only started blogging in 2010 and although I have been crafting for years joining the blogging world opened up a whole new source of inspiration for me and I tried many new things for the first time - not to mention purchasing my first set of Tim Holtz stamps and being chosen for the Stamp Addicts Design Team (still excited! - no apologies for mentioning it again!). But I finally settled on this card which I made for my niece's wedding.
It means so much to me - Becky was the first of my sisters six children (yes I know SIX! - and I used to baby sit them all!) to get married. So it's not just because I love the way it turned out and the techniques I used but for the special occasion it was made for that I chose this card. The original blog post for this card is here which explains what I did.
So if you fancy a bit of hopping fun and a chance to win some great prizes and show off your favourate project from last year head on over to the The Stamp Man.challenge blog.
