I've combined this with the Play Date Cafe's challenge this week which is to use the colours inspired from this gorgeous pic. I absolutely love this colour combination so set to work with my Distress inks and glitz sprays. I've used Penny Black 'it spells merry xmas' and dove stamps. I don't know where the baubles or swirl are from, the snowflakes are Forever Friends and elusive images. I made the backgrounds by smooshing distress inks on a craft mat and spritzing them with glitz spritz which gives a lovely shimmery finish which you can't see on the pic. The words are heat embossed also which doesn't really show and the Peace ATC is actually milled Lavender and Pumice stone so is much more lilac/grey in reality...pretty naff pic really isn't it !
Thanks for looking..Esther xx
Hi Esther, a pretty trilogy of cards. I bet they're really beautiful IRL and up close, the shimmer doesn't show in the pics that's all. You've had a very busy weekend it would seem, hope you're having fun:0) xxx
ReplyDeleteWonderful ATCs Esther! Lovely colours!
ReplyDeleteHi Esther
ReplyDeleteI think "naff" photos are the order of the day with all of us, it's almost impossible to get any good light recently.
Some super ATC's and the colour actually looks pretty good to me.

These are lovely Esther! Beautiful. I'm glad I'm not the only one struggling with the light for photos at the minute, that's reassuring! Thanks for joining in on the fun with us at the Play Date Cafe!
ReplyDeleteOH OH OH! I love all three--I'm in love with the NOEL card! LOOOOOOVE it! Just stunning:) I also have problems with lighting...no worries:) Thanks so much for joining in the fun and playing along with the color story over at the PDCC:}
ReplyDeleteBeautiful tags! So elegant and wonderful in design. Thanks for playing along with us at the Play Date Cafe!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure glad I stopped by. These are darling, and, as usual, so well stamped. And your color choices were superb. Thanks for stopping by, too. It was sweet of you to take time from your busy schedule.
