Hi - just a quick post today, I'm working on the coffee table in my living room again - time is short and a girl has to multi-task so alcohol inks and Holby City were combined! I'm working on my entry for the Compendium of Curiosities challenge as I often get to the weekend without having had a chance and scrabble together a last minute entry (a couple of weeks I missed altogether)...so this week ..I'm trying to get ahead...here's whats happening -
I can't tell you how I did this as that's breaking the rules of the challenge (hop on over to Studio L3 to see what it's all about - great book and fun to join in) but after using the technique I ran my grungepaper through cuttlebug folders and am left with these two pieces ...now all I need to decide is what I do next ! With this project I'm definitely falling into the 'no plan just make it up as I go along' category of crafters..!!!
Have a great WOYWW - to join in just follow the link from my sidebar to Julia's blog and get nosey! I will hop around as much as I can after work (and over the week)...thanks for stopping by..Esther xx

I think i'm the only person left who doesn't have this compendium - it seems fascinating. Like what you've done so far - I wonder if you'll use or file them?! Do you normally make it up as you go? I do, so it doesn't seem at all scarey and the pieces look very inspiring from here!
ReplyDeletelove your embossing great colours, Have a great woyww

I'll be using my coffee table to craft on tonight too. It's my first online class and I'll be using the tv's computer (we don't have cable lol). You've inspired me to find something better than a shoe box for my alcohol inks now that I have my stickles all sorted.
ReplyDeleteLoving your work in progress, can't wait to see the finished result, hope you make it before the weekend LOL. Have a good evening, Tracy Evans x
