Well.almost didn't make it this week...after an appalling week of not getting round hardly any desks last week, I go and nearly miss this week completely...and no excuse either really as I've been working at home today - I guess in my defence I have actually been working and achieved a lot and not, as my other half believes I do when I have a work at home day fiddling on my blog!! Anyhoo...managed to get in some crafting in front of the Tele tonight so I actually have something to show you on my desk...well living room coffee table, but that's no matter.
I've been working away at the Studio L3 challenge - Blended Batik technique from Tim Holtz Challenge of Curiosities book. I have actually seen this technique elsewhere before I got the book and used it before but not for a while so it was good to have another go. All I need to do now is decide what I'm going to do with the pieces I made so I have a completed creation to enter!
Happy WOYWW everyone...Esther xx

Love the papers, especially the snowflake one!
ReplyDeleteThese are so pretty Esther...When I saw the shapes I thought what pretty envelopes you could make using this technique! Don't feel bad about being late. I was the last one to post last week! Sometimes time just rolls on by!
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous papers. Have fun crafting with them.

Love the papers, they turned out beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI bet you think I ran off and forgot you this week. Actually, I looked for your post and didn't see it on Wednesday. I love that faux batik effect and that is one cute little iron. I could use that with beeswax (grin).
ReplyDeleteSorry I'm late this week, but I got caught up in real life issues. I posted a fabric spray tutorial on Thursday, which took up most of the week, and my friend's husband died and the funeral was today. I know it's not much of an excuse, but I'm here now, apologetic and glad I got to see all those lovely stamped papers. Happy belated WOYWW.
Fab papers, looking forward to seeing what you do with them!
ReplyDeleteHappy Creating.....sorry i'm a little late!
