First Card Challange

Well having worked out the basics I think, I'm going to try my hand at entering a card challange (or two!)

 I don't use blue much, being more of a pink and purple girl, but while blog hopping I found a challenge from 'By the cute and girly' with a 'something old, something new, something borrowed something blue' theme, so I left my comfort colour zone, it's also the first time I've used this new Rachel Ann Miller stamp!

I'd love some copic markers (have to save up) but was quite pleased with the results I got painting with my distress inks .
I decided to design the card so that I could also enter it into the 'punch it' challenge by Sir Stampalot so out came my favourite flower and border punches...by adding a few buttons it also fits the secret crafters Saturday challenge 'buttons and blooms'..so that's one card, three challenges, not bad for my first attempt, even if I say so myself....now all I have to do is work out how to get them posted and linked !!
